💵 Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup (or delivery, if applicable).

Orders not paid in full by this time may be canceled and deposit forfeited.
📅 Date Changes & Cancellations

Once your deposit is paid, your date is locked in.

Date changes are not permitted within 7 days of your pickup date due to scheduling and prep time.

If you need to reschedule prior to that window, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate based on availability.
- Orders that are canceled for any reason can use their deposit toward a different date, but no refund will be given towards any canceled bookings.

Please ensure your cake or treats are transported and stored properly; once orders leave my possession, Neighborhood Cakelady is not responsible for any damage in transit
